SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – WORDPRESS and WOOCOMMERCE

Our store is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce, which provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through WordPress’ and WooCommerce’s secure data storage and databases. Your information is kept on secure servers behind a firewall.

Payment:
When you make a purchase, payment information is processed securely through our chosen payment gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, or other providers we may use). WooCommerce itself does not store your full credit card details. Instead, your payment data is encrypted and handled directly by the payment processor in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your purchase transaction data is retained only as long as is necessary to complete your order. After completion, your payment details are not stored by us.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. These requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
